Stu Tolen, Vice President, Application and Technical Services

Stu Tolen heads up Consulting and Training services for Klee Associates. Stu has over 25 years of technical IT experience and is a former JDE/PeopleSoft/Oracle employee. He has worked with JD Edwards software for 17 years and is well versed in all Distribution modules. He participated in the development of the Energy/Chemical suite in World and led the development of the Transportation Management product in EnterpriseOne. Over ten years of his career were spent as an independent consultant where he assisted customers in the design and development of various software applications for the IBM midrange environment.

Laura Donovan, Director of Publications

Laura Donovan is Director of Publications for Klee Associates, Inc., with responsibility for the JDEtips and ERPtips Journals and the editing and production of our Mastery-Level Training Manuals.

Laura has over 30 years experience in the software arena, where she has specialized in user documentation and training development and delivery. She's held in-house publications and training management positions and has worked as a consultant.

Colleen Low Larkin, Managing Editor

Colleen began her career at Klee Associates, Inc. in November, 2005. She is the Managing Editor of JDEtips Journal and also assists in developing marketing and communication material for the company.

Previously, she worked in the manufacturing industry in various sales, consumer relations, and internal communication roles. Colleen holds a BA in Communication (Magna Cum Laude) from SUNY at Buffalo with an emphasis on Public Relations and Advertising. She and her family reside in Western New York.

Cindy Kelly, ERP Solutions Manager

Cindy Kelly has over 12 years of business development experience and has impacted the growth of several successful consulting firms. Cindy has extensive experience in helping decision-makers by supporting their business goals. With a strong, consultative selling background both in business development and recruiting, Cindy has proven herself able to satisfy client needs on critical projects by supplying mastery level consultants and trainers. Mark Downs, Director of Subscription Sales
