Executive Team


Andy

Andy Klee, Founder (retired)


From starting out as an elementary school teacher, to his 2008-2010 enrollment in Harvard's Owner/President executive education program, Andy knows firsthand the impact that great teachers and learning experiences have on one's career. Mix in his almost 30 years of JD Edwards experience, and the result is someone who has been passionate about serving the JDE community with services that make a difference in the lives of those who must make use of (and fully understand) JD Edwards software. It is this passion for education that prompted Andy to create the company called Klee Associates, now JDEtips, in 2000. Andy retired from JDEtips in 2017 and continues to apply his passion for learning in other, new directions.
Penny

Penny Allen, President and CEO


Penny Allen has been a consultant and employee in the JD Edwards applications and development environment since 1997. In 2004, she began contract consulting and training for JDEtips, and joined the company full time in 2012. Prior to her consulting work she had twenty years of experience in finance and business management. Penny shares Andy's passion for knowledge transfer and training. In addition to her duties as President, she continues to instruct our development classes as well as working with our clients in the role of consultant. This hands-on experience keeps her on top of the ever-evolving JDE landscape.

Angie

Angie Clarke, JDE Solutions Manager


Angie Clarke joined JDEtips in 2014 with over ten years of experience in technical solutions sales, including hardware (computers and servers), business development for ERP and a third-party JDE Reporting tool. Through this experience, combined with over a decade in the hospitality industry, Angie has developed a passion for client satisfaction. Angie is always willing to go the extra mile to truly understand clients' needs and exceed their expectations. Angie will be your point of contact for our full range of services to support your needs.
Lori

Lori Stone, JDE Training Coordinator


Lori's high standards, work ethic, loyalty, and dedication won her the honor of Employee of the Year for 2014. Lori came to JDEtips in 2005 with a strong background in customer service and administration. By taking care of the large and small details that make a big difference, Lori is helping us to deliver the best possible training services to our clients. She coordinates all of our training sessions, both public and private, managing registrations, getting manuals to the students, providing support to students and instructors for our virtual training environment, and ensuring that multi-directional communication goes smoothly.
Gabriel

Gabriel Ramos, Knowledge Solutions


Gabe has been with JDEtips since 2004, with responsibilities in marketing, sales, partnerships, and operations. His participation at events such as Collaborate and local user group meetings along with attendance at many JDEtips courses gives Gabe a solid understanding of the training life cycle as well as the JDE ecosystem. Gabe enjoys problem solving, both within the company and for our clients, and continually finds creative ways to discover win-win scenarios.

Publishing Team


Laura

Laura Donovan, Director of Publications


Laura Donovan is Director of Publications with responsibility for the editing and production of the JDEtips Knowledge Express as well as our Mastery-Level Training Manuals. When Laura joined JDEtips in 2003, she brought over 30 years of experience in the software arena, where she had specialized in user documentation and training development and delivery. She has held in-house publications and training management positions and has worked as a consultant.
Terri

Terri Wylie, Managing Editor


Terri joined JDEtips in 2006, bringing with her a background in the printing and direct marketing industry. She has a passion for desktop publishing and has enjoyed seeing the printing industry evolve from 'paste-up' and presses to digital and online publication. Terri is our author liaison and your point person for submitting articles for publication in the Knowledge Express.

HR and Accounting Team


Susan

Susan Webster, Accounting and HR


With JDEtips since 2004, Susan brings 25 years of specialized administrative and project management skills to the team. Susan graduated from CU Boulder in 1988 with a French and education degree. After working in early education, she moved into the technology arena, working for a company that develops SGML software. Susan efficiently manages our HR and Payroll, Accounting, contract oversight, and government compliance issues.
Mazie

Mazie Scoggins, Accounting


Mazie Scoggins came to JDEtips in 2009 with a background in banking and loan processing and also worked in insurance office management as well as the county clerk and recorder's office. She enjoys the day to day challenges involved in the many aspects of our accounting department. Like most of us at JDEtips, Mazie wears multiple hats, including doing final proofreading and prepping for production of our JDEtips training manuals.
