Requisitions are kept outside JD Edwards until they are ready to become Purchase Orders. The EASYProcess workflow manager allows for any rule,
JDE or non-JDE or a mix, in your workflows.
Your users will have access to all status and history. Easily add email notifications at any stage of any workflow.
EASYBuyer is fully integrated with JDE business functions (BSFN) and data files with full punchout functionality!

Requisitions can be entered and saved outside JDE until approved. Multiple requisitions can be opened at the same time by one user. Ability to add stock and non-stock items. Real time validation from JDE for stock items, accounts etc. - Approve Requisitions
Easy to use approval interfaces for managment. Ability to reject requisitions even to the line item. - Requisition Workflow
Uses the EASYProcess workflow manager. Workflow exactly the way you want it based on rules from JDE or non-JDE sources such as Active Directory or EASYProcess itself. Ability to track workflow status and report on history. - Converting Requisitions to PO
Uses BSFNs to create PO in JDE real time. Stakeholders can receive email notifications at any stage. - PO Inquiries and Approvals
Inquire and approve PO's real time from JDE. PO inquiries from PO master/detail/receiving files. Ability to link PO PDFs, Supplier invoice PDFs, or any Scanned Images from any source in your network to PO inquiries. - Fully Mobile
All functionality can be brought into hand held devices, any platform.
