Objectives: This virtual, live instructor-led course teaches an overview of the concepts and system administration of EnterpriseOne, based on the 9.2 Applications release, running Oracle’s latest tools release – 9.2.6.3!
The material presented in this course is an excellent resource for new CNC’s to understand all key components that make up an EnterpriseOne architecture. A range of technical topics are covered including best practices for system administration, database schemas, tools releases, multifoundation, user setup & security, OCM configuration, server manager, UDO administration, daily administration tasks, monitoring, and proactive maintenance tasks. In addition to these skills, we cover Oracle support, patching (ESU’s) and managing enhancements and changes acquired through tools releases. Several case scenarios are discussed, and multiple exercises performed to reinforce the newly acquired skills.
Prerequisites: Solid Technical skills, General Networking skills, General Database skills, General JDE common foundation
