Logging In

Scroll to the very top and click Login located at top right. Enter the email address you signed up with and your password.

Existing Subscribers:

  • Register New Readers for access.
  • Inform your new reader(s) to watch for their account activation email coming within 1 business day.

New Subscribers:

  • View Subscription Options and sign up.
  • We'll activate your account and send an Account Administration email.


Only Knowledge Express subscribers may download content.

Please wait 1 business day so we can complete your account activation where you can download content.

 6. How many readers are we allowed on our subscription?

It depends on the level you signed up for. Most client companies are signed up for unlimited readers. Some accounts have an assigned number of readers.

7. Does each individual reader need to fill out the paid reader form?

Yes, our document delivery system requires each reader to have an account.
