Objectives: This course is a complete review of how the General Ledger is set up in JD Edwards. You will gain a working knowledge of company set up, Journal Entry Processing, Allocations, Reconciliations, Budgeting, Consolidations, Multi-currency, Reporting, the Period Closing Processes, Organizational Changes and the 52-Period Accounting process.
Prerequisites: Basic knowledge of JD Edwards E1 Navigation and Common Foundation.
New users of (and IT staff responsible for supporting) JD Edwards EnterpriseOne General Accounting, including:
CFOs, Controllers, Staff Accountants, Auditors, Business Analysts, and anyone else requiring a detailed understanding of the setup and processing of General Ledger Accounting in JD Edwards.
