Objectives: This course is a complete review of the Advanced Pricing functionality in JD Edwards. You will learn how to set up Price Schedules, Adjustments, Hierarchies and Price Details. You will gain a working knowledge of how to work with rebates, free goods, order and basket repricing and line level changes.
Prerequisites: Several months experience and working knowledge of JD Edwards Sales Order Management and Inventory.
New users of (and IT staff responsible for supporting) JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Advanced Pricing, including:
• Pricing Administrator/Coordinator - typically does the daily entry of new prices and helps test new setups.
• Pricing Manager - typically supervises the Pricing Administrator and is the key functional business owner/user.
• Customer Service Manager - usually in charge of sales order entry--and orders have to get the right price.
• IT Business Analysts - there's usually one in charge of Sales/Pricing from an IT perspective.
• IT Project Manager

The Instructor is a Senior ERP Application Consultant possessing 18+ years experience with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne system and process implementation, creating training materials and conducting training sessions. She is skilled in the Distribution module, including extensive experience with Sales Order Management, Purchase Order Management, Inventory Management, and Advanced Pricing. She also has excellent organization, communication, problem solving skills, is an effective team player, and is bilingual in German and English.
Virtual environment system connection test of approximately 10 minutes. Detailed instructions included as part of the registration process.
